Privacy Policy

epipeline has created this privacy policy to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy. Privacy on the epipeline website is of great importance to us, and our policy is to protect the privacy of its users. Because we gather important information from our visitors and customers, we have established this Privacy Policy as a means to communicate our information gathering and dissemination practices. We urge you to read this Privacy Policy so that you will understand both our commitment to your privacy and how you can help us honor that commitment. We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy by posting revisions at epipeline.

Personally Identifying Information. We collect information about you that could be used to identify or contact you ("Personally Identifying Information") in the following ways:

• Voluntarily Provided Information. When you pre-register with epipeline, you voluntarily provide information about yourself, your business and the company you represent. In addition, in the future we may also collect other information that you voluntarily provide to us, such as through responses to surveys or questionnaires.
• IP Address. We store the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer when you visit epipeline. We will only use this information to create demographic summaries of where our users are located and for system administration.
• Cookies. We may also collect information about you and your use of epipeline through the use of Cookies. "Cookies" are small computer files we transfer to your computer's hard drive that allows us to know how often someone visits epipeline and the activities they conduct while using epipeline. This information helps us generate appropriate content specifically designed for our users and also allows us to statistically monitor how many people are using epipeline and for what purpose. Our Disclosure of Your Information. Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose to anyone unaffiliated with epipeline any Personally Identifying Information. Any Personally Identifying Information provided to parties affiliated with epipeline will be treated in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy, unless you are otherwise notified. In the following limited circumstances, we will may release Personally Identifying Information to third parties: (1) to comply with applicable legal requirements such as a law, regulation, discovery request or court order; (2) in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others. We also provide Personally Identifying Information to our third party content providers and vendors (collectively, "Content Providers") when it is necessary for them to provide us with content and services that improve the operation and maintenance of epipeline. We will attempt to require that each of these Content Providers not further use or disclose your Personally Identifying Information for any purpose other than providing epipeline with appropriate content and services. We cannot guarantee their compliance with these restrictions.

The Security of Your Information. We want your Personally Identifying Information to remain as secure as reasonably possible. At epipeline, security is an integral component of our business and we combine industry-standard technical safeguards with an employee code of conduct to help us provide the integrity and privacy of Personally Identifying Information that you provide to us. Only authorized epipeline employees, agents or independent contractors are permitted to access your Personally Identifying Information. Those employees that violate the Privacy Policy are subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination. Our approach to security is comprehensive. Using globally accepted security standards, we ensure the highest level of data integrity and transmission through the Internet. We address issues of security at every level, and we continually research and reevaluate all aspects of epipeline security policies and procedures.

At epipeline, we apply the following security measures:

• in our applications, we utilize a 3-part sign-in and proprietary encryption of critical information;
• in our administration, our authorized personnel administer our services using secure protocols from our network operations centers;
• in our physical operations, we utilize carrier-class data centers with 24x7 monitoring, redundant HVAC air filtration, water-free fire suppression systems, UPS power protection and diesel generator backups; and
• in policy and practice, we continually evaluate and modify definitions and expectations for our approach to security and the development of standards through the global Internet security community.

Despite these security measures, we do not represent or warrant that Personally Identifying Information will be protected against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties
